Contech Norway is a business network for construction, civil engineering, property and technology. We connect people who understand the challenges in projects and operations with those trying new solutions. Our aim is to get better, faster — and make technology useful in busy project work.

A meeting place with roots in Molde
The idea began in Molde in 2017 as a meeting place for a more digital and productive industry. Contech Norway was established in 2019 to give people across the value chain a place to share experience, explore new solutions and develop the industry together.
The network has shared experience of BIM, VDC, Lean, takt, operations and maintenance, LCC and digital platforms. We are now preparing a regular cycle of learning, discussion and practical trials, with the first sprint in Molde as the next step.

Molde first, with more local groups over time
The new sprint format is being prepared in Molde. Our ambition is for more local groups to use a shared video library and hold meetings about their own needs. Summaries and a planned idea bank will support learning across locations.
Better flow and more sustainable use of resources
Technology should help lighten everyday project work and help companies use time, materials and expertise more effectively. This is part of our ambition for a more productive and sustainable industry. Contech Norway provides a place to learn and connect; participants take ideas forward in their own businesses or through collaborations outside the network.
