New ideas need a next step

We are preparing a sprint format in which professional videos and conversations help companies try new solutions. The first sprint in Molde is the next step. The date will be announced.

In preparation · planned fortnightly cycle

A regular cycle of learning and practical trials

We are planning two-week sprints, with professional learning before the meeting and work between meetings. The first sprint in Molde is the next step. The date will be announced.

  1. Professional videos before the meeting

Selected contributors share short videos about AI, tools and new working methods. Members watch the videos before the meeting; they are not shown during the live meeting.

  2. Live meeting about needs and opportunities

The meeting starts with an update from the idea bank. Members then discuss where new ideas can be applied and which needs they can address.

  3. An idea bank with next steps

Proposals for trials are collected with a specific need, a responsible person and a possible next step. Participants can then follow up what is relevant to them.

  4. Practical trials between meetings

Interested participants explore ideas in their own businesses or through collaborations outside Contech Norway. They share what they learn with the network.

Member discussions with external listeners

In the planned format, member companies and selected contributors discuss needs and opportunities. External participants may listen to live meetings. Professional videos are member content and are not shown during meetings.

We plan to publish transcripts and summaries openly on the website. The time and practical details of the first sprint will be published when ready.
