One focused topic is explained in a shared language. The aim is for participants to understand enough to ask better questions and take part in the work.

Participants bring real needs, data prerequisites and experience from their own projects. We document what works and what creates friction.

Decide

We clarify value, risk, responsibility and next steps. Some lines of enquiry end with a better basis for decisions. Others move on to a prototype, hackathon or pilot.
