Presentation
A digital property portfolio
How do you get an overview of a property portfolio when information is scattered across models, systems and old drawings? Sindre Gundersen from Tindx recommends starting with rooms, zones and areas. In this short presentation from Oslo Proptech Summit on 22 October 2025, he shows how a shared structure can make building data useful for property management.
From room model to portfolio overview
The presentation follows the hierarchy from site and building to floors, zones and rooms. Zones can represent tenant areas, shared areas and indoor climate, among other things. This provides a basis for linking information to the areas the organisation actually uses and manages.
The workflow moves from rooms and zones in an architectural model through Anker to overviews in Power BI. Gundersen shows maps, tables and charts and describes a collaboration with Møre og Romsdal county authority.
Data that supports decisions
Examples include area overviews, school capacity compared with applicant numbers, and maintenance prioritisation based on condition ratings. The main point is to organise useful underlying data before adding more sensors and views.
The film introduces the approach and examples of its use. Further pilots are described as plans at the time of the presentation. The recording was published on 5 November 2025.
